Abs and Glutes target the lower body and core muscles to improve strength, stability, and definition. Classes may use weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Use confortable clothes and shoes.

Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Use equipment only as instructed and in a safe manner. Please inform your trainer of any health conditions that could affect your ability to exercise safely, Arrive on time, ideally at least five minutes before the class starts, to ensure you are ready for the warm-up.
