About the event
Enjoy the ocean breeze while sculpting your body & learn new moves to help to built your core, glutes, and total body. As you move your body throughout the workout your heart rate will elevate, burning energy and torching fat in the process. Designed for all fitness levels.
Abs and Glutes target the lower body and core muscles to improve strength, stability, and definition. Classes may use weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Use confortable clothes and shoes.
* RSVP required at least 24 hours in advance.
* Minimum age to participate: 16 years old.
* Sport fitting mandatory.
* Bring your own mat if possible.
