Aquaerobics combines physical activity with the benefits of water, such as improved circulation and reduced risk of conditions like varicose veins.
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Use equipment only as instructed and in a safe manner. Please inform your trainer of any health conditions that could affect your ability to exercise safely, Arrive on time, ideally at least five minutes before the class starts, to ensure you are ready for the warm-up.
