Dance Class

Come & join to our fun dance classes and be introduced to, or brush up on your dance skills and get in an amazing workout!  You will develop musicality, coordination, strength, flexibility & dance techniques with different Latin rhythms.

Our dance classes can include a variety of Latin rhythms, such as cumbia, salsa, merengue, and bachata. Dance classes can help improve balance, coordination, and flexibility, and can also improve cardiovascular health.

Partnering: closed connection for cross body lead, right turn and inside turn creating resistance.

**No previous dance experience needed.

Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Use equipment only as instructed and in a safe manner. Please inform your trainer of any health conditions that could affect your ability to exercise safely, Arrive on time, ideally at least five minutes before the class starts, to ensure you are ready for the warm-up.

Price per session: $300 pesos

Price per week: $600 pesos (up to 8 sessions)

Price per month: $2,000 pesos (unlimited sessions).
