About the event
This multi-level class sculpts and tones the entire body, leaving you feeling strong and recharged. This class will offer challenges by layering onto exercises to develop your Pilates practice.
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Use equipment only as instructed and in a safe manner. Please inform your trainer of any health conditions that could affect your ability to exercise safely, Arrive on time, ideally at least five minutes before the class starts, to ensure you are ready for the warm-up.
