About the event
This Yogalates class will help to improve strenght, flexibility and posture while combining yoga and pilates exercises and posses.
Yogalates can include traditional yoga poses and Pilates exercises that helps to improve your strength, flexibility and posture.
* RSVP required at least 24 hours in advance
* Minimum age to participate: 18 years old
- Wear sport fitting. Use confortable clothes and shoes.
- Bring your own mat if possible.
